Freshly Roasted Coffee

Freshly roasted coffee reaches it’s peak flavor beginning 48 hours after being roasted.  This peak lasts for approximately 2 weeks.  After that, caffeine levels begin to drop as well as the flavor.

Our coffee beans are scrutinized.  Only the finest beans are purchased.  Additionally, they are roasted only when you order to insure you receive the best possible product available.

Offerings

We are currently offering a small estate bean from Panama that produces a very smooth coffee.  When roasted to full city, chocolate flavors and mellow smoothness is the only way I can describe it.

On occasion, we can also offer Kona coffee from Hawaii.  I recently visited a couple farms on the big island and met some hard working farmers that take pride in the beans they produce.  We bring their beans in for you, but also our Coffee Stout!  Fresh roasted Kona is an indulgence… but it’s one that you won’t soon forget!

 

Purchasing

For ease of purchase, consider a coffee subscription.  At a monthly 2lb minimum, you tell us what you’d like and where to send it.  We roast on or close to the 1st of the month.  Your coffee ships to you the day after roasting.  You will receive an invoice (coffee + minimal shipping) via email that makes it super easy to pay via your favorite credit card (or simply mail us a check).  You never have to worry about having fresh coffee again!

Along with consumer sales, we can also accommodate retailers.  If you own or have interest in a donut shop, restaurant, hotel, office building, coffee shop, etc… contact us!  Depending on what you need and how often, we can deliver or ship fresh beans to you on a regular basis.  If you are looking for something special, let us know!
